President – Andrew Corrigan Andrew is in his 3rd year of civil and structural engineering degree and his 3rd year of rowing. he started rowing competitively at NUBC in first year and quickly progressed on Angelos programme. last year he had a reasonably successful year coming 3rd at final trials in the single, but unfortunately missed out on a place in the u23 eight. Andrew had a successful BUSA regatta winning 3 gold’s in all 3 sculling events and ended the season with a pleasing win in U23 single at National Championships before taking time out to recover from a knee injury. Andrew is sereii looking forward for the year ahead and like Murray hopes to be part of a very successful Newcastle Senior Men’s Squad. |
